Support Coordination
Riverland Respite & Recreation Service Inc. provides Support Coordination to participants with Support Coordination in their NDIS plan. Support Coordination strengthens the participant’s ability to design and build their supports and links the participant to the various services they require. Our Support Coordinator will assist the participant to build and maintain a network of formal and informal supports and assist them in understand the funding. They will also help the participant to identify what they expect from the services they access and help them design their services.
